1. Cancellations 48-Hour Notice: Clients can cancel their appointments free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service fee. 2. No-Show Policy • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to provide notice, a “no-show” fee of 100% of the service fee may apply. 3. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled, and a cancellation fee may be applied. We recommend informing your barber ahead of time if you’re running late. 4. Rescheduling • You can reschedule your appointment at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to availability and potential charges. 5. Emergency Cancellations • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. 6. Barber-Initiated Cancellations • In the rare event that your barber must cancel the appointment, you will be notified immediately, and we will work with you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
